I have known Mr. Linarte for five years, as a professional disc jockey. I first hired him in 1997 to play at my oldest daughter's 8th grade dance at Wilson Middle School. My main concern was to have appropriate music selected for the age group and yet to encourage fun and dance. Our dance was indeed successful and over two hundred students danced to the music played by Delightful Sounds. Since that time I have continued to hire Mr. Linarte for several dances including as recent as May 2002 for my daughters graduation party. He seems to have an understanding that music sets the tone of an affair yet, exercises good judgment in regard to guest appropriate entertainment. In addition I have referred him to other parents. Other remarks and attributes would be his promptness, dress attire, language and his ability to energize a group of people.
